Project SPARKLE is housed at the SKI-HI Institute

SKI-HI Institute is a nationally recognized unit of the College of Education's Department of Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education at Utah State University in Logan, Utah.

The mission of SKI-HI Institute is to enhance the lives of children with special needs, their families, and their caregivers. The Institute develops direct service models which are replicated throughout the United States, conducts research, develops resource materials, and provides training.
